1206 ANB
A famine overtakes the southern regions of the Kingdom of Asconia due to blighty crops and soil degradation. Seeing the inaction of the northern regions, a revolt takes place, leadered by Wallpeth Mandarg, resulting in the secession of the Grand Duchy of Southfield.
1207 ANB
Ten months later, Wallpeth Mandarg is stabbed to death by Gwenyn IV. The subsequent power vacuum results in the re-annexation of the duchy into the Kingdom of Asconia.
