Madal Rocurul or Maral Rocurul, full name Maral Rocurul Rocunasurul Purayastozut Kizeomuzaal (Early Middle Hashan: Madal Raucurul Raucunatsurul Purañatsutozuṭ Ḳizeǧaumuzaǧal, lit. "Madal Rocurul, son of Rocuna, father of Puraya, of clan Kizeg") was the founder and first madal (i.e. king or emperor) of the Hashan Great-Madalate, beginning his reign in 921 BNB and ending in 872 BNB, when he gave the throne to his firstborn son Puraya before his death two years later.
