Aclus (pl. acli, Amari: aklus) is a phylum of mostly aquatic, mostly fish-like cosmopolitan aluelians populating nearly every body of water on planet Julee. They are also not uncommonly referred to as acle(s). They are characterised by their streamlined body shape accentuated by (usually) lobed fins for propulsion in water, eyes which are concave depressions with photosensitive cells inside, instead of distinct organs like those of sister phylum Laria (which includes juleans), and gills located under their eyes.
