The Farthest Land is one of the moons of the Dark Sun, a gas giant in orbit around star Pnoa. It is peculiar in that it has harboured life in the form of carbonic organisms. The most important of these are the gorms, the planet's only sophonts.
Name
The Farthest Land as a name is in reference to it being the outermost inhabited celestial object known at the time of its discovery, and remains the furthest from the capital star of its stellar neighbourhood, Nausicaä.
